My room was clean and with a nice view.

You need to cross a dangerous road to get to the hotel if you are traveling by foot.

Rooftop restaurant and food were excellent Pool was lovely A few of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Wifi didn't work in my room, and in a few places around the hotel Breakfast was fairly poor And very frustratingly was made to pay for a coffee cup as I bought the one from my room down to breakfast with me so they assumed I stole/broke/lost it

Singh the night guard was absolutely unreasonable we were charged for a towel for no reason and he refused to acknowledge the mistake and was very rude not accommodating at all, everyone who worked under him was very helpful but as a supervisor he wasn’t help in fact put me off from returning again

Location was definitely the best for us.

Shower was really bad, there is mold in the room, 2nd pool was closed and they need to remove from their ads, no pool bar.

Room are spacious. Pool gets sunshine and is good for swimming. Location is quiet.

Poor sunbeds numbers and. many broken Filter sand in pool Aircon a bit noisy and no remote control. Breakfast choices are quite limited and of average quality

The hotel is generally a bit "tired " and could do with some maintainance. around the pool area .. filter sand leaking into pool as an example. some loose decking boards . Breakfast is rather basic .. limited choices . many sunbed were in poor condition and there are insufficient numbers . located up a hill which is not too steep but needs some effort to walk up

Clean room, pool is nice. Motorbike rental across from hotel. every day same breakfast no variety of choices, Improve the quality of breakfast. The reception staff Mr. Singh was very cooperative. it has a nice view of the city especially if you go up there in the evening Thank you Mr. Singh for making my stay very comfortable and easy!

Night reception girl always rude.

Breakfast was ok not alot of selection but the staff cooked fresh egg dishes so that was nice.Dishes were fresh everyday and the fruit was top quailty.

A few loud patrons but thats to be expected at night,pretty normal for a holiday hotel.Other than that it was fine.

The equipment of the rooms may be slightly older, but everything is nice and fully functional. The rooms and the terrace are also very spacious. The staff is pleasant, smiling and helpful in everything. Breakfast is fine, slightly above average. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel is also good.

The hotel is nice, but the district in which it is located is not exactly the most attractive. In general, it's probably not quite a family town, but rather for parties.

Room was large.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Location was a bit out of the main area of Patong. Pool was a good size but has no shade or plants. It seems a bit rough being asked for a deposit which is almost as much as the actual amount already paid for the rooms.

Breakfast was everyday same and no oats Staff needs to be more professional dealing with guests There’s some guests that keeps screaming at night and there’s noising at night from them

I love the large room and lots of space around hotel which is so hard to find in patong city

Perfect location close from Patong center. Very comfortable hôtel,rooms, swimming pool and very nice hospitality from all the staff. Special mention to the manager Kim, very reactive and keen.

Nice experience, huge bed, clean room. Hotel staffs were very supportive and friendly.

Absolute great value for money! The room was fairly new and huge! All of the staff was great and very friendly as well, especially Kim at the reception. Room was cleaned every day, water and coffee included. TV channels were great even though you probably don't need it. Large swimming pool, great for doing laps in the morning. Brand new scooters can be rented at the hotel, tours and tickets for all Phuket shows as well. There's a 7/11 within 5mins walking distance but everything you need can be bought at the hotel as well, for a very fair price.

Breakfast has a lot of room to improve but like the restaurant, the hotel was still not fully staffed and not all the areas were open due to 2years of COVID closure. The mattress was very hard but you get additional toppers if needed, just ask at the reception.

regarding the payment , they threated me on the 3rd Night for legal action . When the sequence was like this . 1. On arrival I wanted to make the payment by my card but they ask for 3% extra which is around BHT 540.42 which i denied to pay as my reservation by booking.com confirmed the total payment as BHT 18013.98 and terms was Pay @ Property . My reservation also confirmed by my card . So after discussion they told me that they will confirm after discussing with their manager .Next night they call me around after 11:30 PM and ask for payment either in Cash or adding 3% on top by card . Over the phone someone senior lady had debate with me , then i said ok i will pay 3% extra but I will surely mention this to Booking.com as I regular use them and people should know about the policy of the property .Then she agreed for without 3% but surprisingly my card was not accepted by their machine . I told them tomorrow after visiting Phi Phi iSland I will make the payment . So on12th Nov , I return from Phi Phi tour around 7 PM and they drop me direct to hotel . So I went to the reservation and told them the fact and allow me an hour for payment . I need to go out to encash the USD . I also tried with Credit card of my companion and all rejected by their machine while we are using the same card in eleswhere in Phuket without any trouble , even I checked with my bank for the available USD which was duly confirmed . Finally from receiption Mr.Sing called any my friend just after 15/20 mnts I enter my room and order me to to meet him in receiption for payment now . Although I had a deposit of Cash USD 300 with them at that time .I show him CASH USD i have and request him to allow me to go outside to encash for a better rate . He told me , no you have to encash here in hotel and I am just making story , so he must get the payment now .This was quite offensive orders to a guest i feel . I never experienced such . So I encahsed from the hotel Tour Desk and paid .

Back to nauture , i love the patong location which is the heart if the city where it easy to go anywhere however the hotel present the concept of city meet nature which is so nice and peaceful to walk around hotel , yoga , meditation , cafe , river , trekking mountain , swimming pool , compare to the price is nothing , LOVE IT!

The private dinner with the sunset view of all of patong bay is amazing , we never seen this view before , you must see , the property is so big and close to nature and free shuttle bus to patong daily , amazing massage lady , room 2407 is amazing
