A total bad experiecne and never suggest other to stay over there .
Poor Breakfast , They had only few items for Breakfast .
regarding the payment , they threated me on the 3rd Night for legal action . When the sequence was like this . 1. On arrival I wanted to make the payment by my card but they ask for 3% extra which is around BHT 540.42 which i denied to pay as my reservation by booking.com confirmed the total payment as BHT 18013.98 and terms was Pay @ Property . My reservation also confirmed by my card . So after discussion they told me that they will confirm after discussing with their manager .Next night they call me around after 11:30 PM and ask for payment either in Cash or adding 3% on top by card . Over the phone someone senior lady had debate with me , then i said ok i will pay 3% extra but I will surely mention this to Booking.com as I regular use them and people should know about the policy of the property .Then she agreed for without 3% but surprisingly my card was not accepted by their machine . I told them tomorrow after visiting Phi Phi iSland I will make the payment . So on12th Nov , I return from Phi Phi tour around 7 PM and they drop me direct to hotel . So I went to the reservation and told them the fact and allow me an hour for payment . I need to go out to encash the USD . I also tried with Credit card of my companion and all rejected by their machine while we are using the same card in eleswhere in Phuket without any trouble , even I checked with my bank for the available USD which was duly confirmed . Finally from receiption Mr.Sing called any my friend just after 15/20 mnts I enter my room and order me to to meet him in receiption for payment now . Although I had a deposit of Cash USD 300 with them at that time .I show him CASH USD i have and request him to allow me to go outside to encash for a better rate . He told me , no you have to encash here in hotel and I am just making story , so he must get the payment now .This was quite offensive orders to a guest i feel . I never experienced such . So I encahsed from the hotel Tour Desk and paid .

Back to nauture , i love the patong location which is the heart if the city where it easy to go anywhere however the hotel present the concept of city meet nature which is so nice and peaceful to walk around hotel , yoga , meditation , cafe , river , trekking mountain , swimming pool , compare to the price is nothing , LOVE IT!
